Safeguarding & policies.
The things that matter most, written so you can actually read them. Full policy documents are available on request at any time.
Safeguarding
Every child's welfare comes first, at every session, without exception. All coaches hold enhanced DBS checks, complete FA safeguarding training, and follow our reporting procedure for any concern. Our designated safeguarding lead is Jamie Milligan, and any concern — however small — can be raised with any coach or directly by phone.
Photography & social media
Photo permission is asked for when you book and stored on your child's profile. Children without permission never appear in our photos, on the website or on social media — the register flags this to coaches automatically at every single session.
Health, allergies & medication
Allergies, medical conditions and additional needs are recorded on each child's profile and are visible to coaches on the session register, flagged clearly beside the child's name. Please keep profiles up to date — it takes a minute from your account and could matter enormously.
Collection & late pick-up
Children are only released to the named adults on their profile. Sessions end at the advertised time; if you're running late, phone us so your child knows you're on the way. Repeated late collection after 5:30pm may incur a late fee.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancel a camp day more than 48 hours ahead and you'll be refunded automatically, with the place offered to the waiting list. If we ever cancel a session, every booked parent is emailed immediately and the session is refunded or credited.
First aid & incidents
All coaches are first-aid trained. Any accident or incident is logged the same day with what happened and what we did, and you'll be told at pick-up — or phoned immediately for anything more than a bump.
